Spent MD Is Really Asking “Are You Tired?”
It’s funny that we get soooooo busy, so tired, and exhausted in life.
It’s funny to me because many times we fill out lives we crap that just doesn’t even matter.
We fill out time with “busy” work.
We fill our lives with activities that we could really live without. That in the end are just frivolous.
..Don’t get me wrong I am NOT saying that we (as a people) don’t work hard, or long, or that life’s not tough.
But what if you could find an extra 2 hours a day just by rearranging your daily task.
Or what if you could totally eliminate some task that aren’t really that important.
Or what if you could find more energy, better health, and feel more alive again.
I mean that would be awesome right.
Anyway, I don’t know if you’ve heard about the book (program) what ever you want to call it called SPENT.
It’s fascinating information about how to revitalize yourself. The Spent Syndrome is a new term they use to explain Modern Exhaustion.
It addresses a major cause of modern exhaustion being “what’s under your hood”. The fact that lack of nourishment is #1 cause of sickness and exhaustion.
They also talk a lot about exercises and simple ways to get the added nutrition that you need to heal and live a healthy exciting life.
Anyway, if you’re feeling exhausted (my thoughts)…
You need to first change your nutrition.
You need to eliminate activities in life that are not important, & focus on the FEW that are.
You need to smile. Laughter is really the best medicine.
You need to surround your self with positive people.
You need to sleep until your rested and take at least one day off from all work.
You need to find at least 3 days a week to do some sort of physical activity.
You need to start to look at the glass half full and not half empty.
These are simple changes that we can all make that will aid us from just being spent… aid us in our “modern exhaustion”.
To Your Happiness,
Kenney
